I've got a Megazord set that's missing its T-Rex tailtip - same here! So I started researching online and used Tinkercad to design my own. It's not perfect, but I love it. To get this thing up and running, I strongly advise removing the two screws at the tail, spreading it out to make room for the tip, then tightening those screws again and you're done.
