UPDATE 4 June 2021: If you'd like to get the highest quality possible part with the black vapor finish, you can now just go here and place an order with JawsTec. $20 plus $10 shipping on quantity one. https://www.jawstec.com/product/wedge-mme-chargeport-door/ Original Post: This is an insert for the Ford Mustang Mach-E's charge port door assembly to prevent a dent that can occur forward of the charge port door if something bumps the door while charging. It is critically important that this part be printed with a flexible material such as TPU with a shore hardness rating of 85A - 95A and no higher. Further, it is highly recommended to use Selective Laser Sintering (SLS), because TPU tends to be rather "sticky" w.r.t. support. SLS avoids the need for support. If you don't have a direct drive printer, don't even bother trying to print this. Anything stiffer than shore hardness 95A isn't going to work and really 85A is preferred. You need to print in TPU and that generally means direct drive or a resin-based process like SLS. If you have a direct drive printer that is capable of print TPU 85A, you can try your slicer's support generator, but you might have better luck with the V.1A.S(upport) version of this part that has in-built support and tell your slicer not to generate support.
