The Touhou series features Pachy, a character from the game. To import MMD models into Blender, a V2.66 addon is available for download, which I modified slightly. The Touhou series was developed by Team Shanghai Alice (ZUN), while the Blender import module was created by ousttrue. Mikuhatsunefan contributed the mesh, and sibby provided the video. Ben_R faced issues with finding a suitable module, leading to my search for an alternative solution. Although the current module works, it fails to correctly set rigging on certain models. Manually removing non-functional envelope constraints and applying automatic weights to armatures can solve this issue.
