I finally made a mount plate for my dual head belt driven extruder to go onto a MendelMax 2 carriage. Video of setup in operation: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eigVJpgN9dg I used 4pcs of M5 x 8mm screws, but I tapped my carriage plate. An untapped carriage plate will work with M4 screws and nuts, but I tapped to ease installation.
