I finally crafted a custom mount plate for my dual head belt driven extruder to attach seamlessly to a MendelMax 2 carriage. It was precision-cut from 5mm plywood, meticulously sanded down to achieve an optimal thickness that provides a secure friction fit within the groove mount. The blue outline highlights the version with 0.125mm radius cutter compensation for the laser beam, while the white outlines are recommended for use with other beam compensation settings. A photo of the bare plate is displayed in reverse - it's a minor mistake!
