MM Mini Grinder
thingiverse
I'm curious about the results from this mini grinder, which is part of a larger request. I've been using Simplify3D to slice it with a .16mm layer height and 65% infill, along with concentric external fill. To ensure the teeth don't break easily, I print them solid. I avoid overpacking or using super sticky materials, as they can be problematic. I've had some success with my previous print, but you may need to experiment with your settings to achieve similar results. Be prepared for some failed prints along the way. **Print Settings** * **Printer Brand:** FlashForge * **Printer Model:** Finder * **Raft:** No * **Supports:** No * **Layer Resolution:** .16mm * **Infill Percentage:** 65% * **Notes:** Print the teeth solid and have them on a few solid layers to ensure stability.
