thingiverse
On September 26, 2013, an overview drawing and the assembly of a tricopter were added as STL files for your enjoyment. These are free for non-commercial use. Check out the tricopter in action on September 1, 2013 at http://youtu.be/DGkai2pRiQ8. The project is still a work in progress; files will be available as soon as possible. Follow the progress here: http://doublemind.de/?p=379. The first test flight took place on August 29, 2013. Next steps include converting CAD data to STL format, which is very common in this area. The files will not be uploaded to Thingiverse as the designer wishes to retain ownership of the design. Find the files soon on their website/blog: http://www.doublemind.de. The building process involves a combination of 3D printing and traditional RC modeling, using aluminum bars in the center area, carbon hoses as arms, and 3D-printed parts as connectors.
With this file you will be able to print MM-CNCs foldable high performance MultiWii tricopter with your 3D printer. Click on the button and save the file on your computer to work, edit or customize your design. You can also find more 3D designs for printers on MM-CNCs foldable high performance MultiWii tricopter.
