I designed an MLOK nut for airsoft rails, and I've successfully printed one that works perfectly on my own MLOK rail which I also printed. However, I haven't had a chance to test it out on a metal rail yet. When you use an M3 screw (M3x0.5x12), the nut will slightly bend in if the screw is extremely tight on the rail. To get the best results, print this design at an exceptionally high resolution so that the threads come out clear. Keep in mind that you'll need to pre-thread this nut before using it.
