Mlock pressure switch mount
thingiverse
Pressure switch mounts for mlock rail. Compatible with most switches that are less than 1/2x3 inches. Use the flat version for wider switches. Must print with supports due to the small tabs on the bottom that help secure it to the mlock system. I also recommend a higher infill percentage to make it strong. 1. Place small zip ties through the mount first. This is not required to do first, but it makes step 3 a lot easier. 2. Secure the mount to your weapon with Mlock compatible nuts and screws. I recommend using a bit of Loctite to prevent the screws from coming loose because you won't have aceess to the screws once the switch is mounted. 3. Use small zip ties and/or double-sided tape to secure the switch to the mount. If the zip ties cross over the middle of your switch, don't tighten them so tight that they activate the switch unintentionally. Optional: You can use RTV silicone for a more secure mount. Please note that RTV silicone will most likely be permanent and you will probably destroy the switch if you ever needed to remove it. using mold release or talcum powder on the switch to prevent the silicone from permanently fusing with the switch. Make sure that you use Loctite on your screws and that they are tight because you will not be able to fix this after the silicone cures. This object was made in Tinkercad.
