ML120 - 120mm Quad frame for brushed 1020 motors

THIS IS WORK IN PROGRESS Fully enclosed 120mm FPV frame for brushed quadcopter, carefully crafted to accommodate specific hardware that will be used in my quad. The battery is securely mounted from the bottom using a 5mm wide rubber band. The lid can be easily removed. An opening mechanism has yet to be fully developed; however, one can still utilize cable ties to hold the lid in place. The weight of this frame configuration is now slightly higher, with the frame itself weighing approximately 15g and the lid around 8g. # Hardware This is the hardware that will be used in my quad: - Motors: 1020 brushed quadcopter motors - Props: Some 74mm props for 1.2mm shaft - Flight Controller: F3 EVO Brushed 2.0 - Camera: Eachine US65 with VTX - Battery: LiPo 3S 500mAh - Receiver: something smaller... (I am using some FrSky D8 receiver) - RGB: some tiny 4 TGB leds strip (marked aurora rc) - Cable tie to reinforce vtx antenna # Future Plans - Motor cable brackets will be developed. - A battery connector holder is planned. - Crash tests and reinforcement are scheduled. - A receiver antenna cable tie mount is also in the works.
