MKS TFT32 V4.0 CASE ENDER 3
thingiverse
When installing an MKS GEN L board with an MKS TFT32 v.4.0 screen, we risk losing some operating characteristics from the machine itself if we remove the original screen. These include changing steps and jerks. With this mod, I've adapted the TFT32 screen to work with the Ender 3 printer so that we can keep both screens and have them fully functional. To do this, simply connect the old screen to the EXP1 connection on the MKS GEN L by turning the connector before cutting the small slot and activating it in Marlin. Another priority when designing this mod is that it remains integrated into the machine. I've added legs to the files that can be glued with a glue droplet and printed with an elastic material to prevent vibrations, but they're not essential - the protector stays relatively strong and fixed. For installation, only 4 x M3 allen head screws of 16mm or 20mm are needed. To attach it to the Ender 3 printer, we can use the same two screws that hold the metal surface of the old screen in place, along with a slot on the right side for extra security.
