I've created a custom LCD enclosure for my HyperCube 3D printer using the MKS TFT28 V3.0 touchscreen controller from MakerBase. The design is open-source and available on Github with all details at https://github.com/makerbase-mks/MKS-TFT. To assemble the case, you'll need to tap a thread for the screw using an M3 nut tap.
