MKS TFT28 LCD mountplate
thingiverse
If you want a full case with tilting arm, I've made one such MKS TFT28 LCD Case and tilting bracket. Just got my hands on the MKS TFT28 LCD touch-screen panel, which can be used with RAMPS 1.4 and other models. Can also be used with the MKS Sbase Card if upgrading from Ramps later on. I thought the backplate fit TFT32, which it does not, so I've renamed the model and created a case for my new MKS TFT32 LCD display. The following is not meant as an advertisement, but as a warning to buy from more suspect sellers, so if you want this display, you should buy it from the manufacturer Maker Base. Changes from the Remix source: I enlarged it a bit, made holes for all cables and jumpers on the back and wrote text next to each hole for easy identification. There are two models here: one is just a generic one, and the other has mounting holes fit for my JennyPrinter front. The last one is the one in the photos. I plan on making some sort of mechanism to make the LCD tilt at some point. BOM: * 4 PCS 20mm 3mm screws * 4 PCS M3 nuts * Fixing to 6mm sides: + 2 PCS 12mm 3mm screws + 2 PCS M3 nuts Print Settings: Printer: JennyPrinter Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 20% Notes: * 1.2mm between each letter, which means a 0.4mm nozzle is most fitting. * Not crucial though. I printed with 3 perimeters (1.2mm) and 0.8mm top/bottom. 20% infill. How I Designed This: I used Tinkercad.com where I uploaded the STL and modified it to my needs
