MKS TFT28 LCD Ender 5 Offset Mounting Bracket

I released a companion part to Thing:1607945 for the Ender 3 printer to allow the use of an MKS TFT28 touch screen. I decided since they are so similar in their mounting to do one for the Ender 5 as well. This bracket will require the use of M4 or M5 screws and their corresponding T-nuts, just like the original display uses to mount on the extrusion. You can also choose to mount it onto either side of the printer frame, which you cannot do with the original display. Thanks to the original designer for a great TFT28 mount. Please consider providing a Tip for the Designer as I am on a very limited Social Security income.
