MKS TFT28 LCD Ender 5 Offset Mounting Bracket

I released a companion part to Thing:1607945, specifically designed for the Ender 3 printer, to enable the use of an MKS TFT28 touch screen. I chose to create one for the Ender 5 as well since they share similarities in their mounting setup. This bracket necessitates the use of M4 or M5 screws and their corresponding T-nuts, similar to how the original display is mounted on the extrusion. You also have the option to install it on either side of the printer frame, a feature not available with the original display. I'd like to express gratitude to the original designer for creating an excellent TFT28 mount.
