MKS TFT24 to TS35 V2.0 Adapter
thingiverse
This is an adapter plate for my FLSun Q5 Delta printer. It used an MKS TFT24 originally, and the new motherboard didn't support the ribbon-cable input on that display. Luckily my Robin Nano V3 kit came with an MKS TS35 V2.0 screen along with the cabling necessary. However the TS35 is a larger screen, and won't fit the mounting of the TFT24. This adapter/bracket/bezel combination will bolt in place of the TFT24, position the TS35 such that the cables will pass through the hole, and mount the TS35 to the front of the printer. This might work for other printers, but that's up to you. Be mindful that the board/hole/bezel positioning is setup that way for the cables that stick out the back of it. ----------------------------- Needed for assembly: ~5 hours of print time 4x M3x6 screws for the Adapter to the original placement (salvage these from the TFT24) 4x M3x6 screws to attach Adapter to Bracket 6x M3x12 screws to attach the Bezel, going through the bezel, board, and into the mount bracket --------------------- Future Additions: I think it'd be nice to have an SD card in the front, so I might add-on a side-mount for one? You'd need an extender cable to get back to the Mobo, but it's do-able. Might even include a spatula holder or something extra as well. Could definately add some LED's to the bottom, or maybe a ring of clear with some RGB.
