inspired from gregsaun (designer of bear upgrade) and designed this case for 2020 or 2040 profiles. screen will be tight fit, need to push it (be sure you calibrated flow/extrusion multiplier) but if you want to change tolerances i also added fusion360 file. you may want to use support for sd card slot's enterance. i tried it as flat, reaching sd card was working but it was annoying. bom; m3x8 (4 pieces) m5x10 (button socket) and 2x profile nuts.
