Hello,\r\nthis is a holding plate for the MKS SGEN 32Bit Board. This makes it possible to screw the board onto a metal or side wall of the printer.\r\nTo do this, M3 screws and M3 four-corner nuts are required.\r\nThree fans 40x40 can be installed to cool the motor drivers.\r\nThis is especially necessary for TMC drivers, as they tend to get quite warm.\r\n\r\nThe nuts are located in the material, so the print must be interrupted at a height of 4mm to insert them.\r\nTo do this with Simplify 3D, two processes are created.\r\nProcess 1 stops at 4mm and Process 2 starts from 4mm.\r\nHowever, the printer does not stop automatically, so the G Code must be modified.\r\n\r\nOpen the G Code with an editor,\r\nsearch for process2,\r\nand add the following lines: tool........ ein\r\n\r\nG28 X Y \r\nM0\r\nG28 X Y\r\n\r\nThis should make the printer stop at a height of 4mm on both axes.\r\nThen insert the nuts and restart. See pictures.\r\nNote that this only works with LCD controllers with a rotary encoder, as it does not work with TFT displays.\r\nI would be happy if you could give me a like.\r\n\r\nGood luck,\r\n\r\n
