Updated to the Marlin 2.0 for MKS Sbase board (1/16 microstepping) with filament run-out sensor (X_Max connector. Notice if the filament sensor cable might need a mod, swap the V/S pins)

The following enabled
Filament run-out, if not one can be disabled via display The original Metzi display but turn the cable connectors (+TFT32)
S-Curve Acceleration Lin advanced K(0.22)
Level bed corners¢er aid Nozzle park (front left)
Individual axis homes Thermal protection limits extended
*Advanced pause (850mm unload, 800mm load) Make this work 1st time, I had to set values via display as well.

PS. Here is the 'firmware.bin' if you do not want to compile the file by yourself. Place the file on the root the the uSDCard and reboot the SBase. After few seconds the printer starts and the file name is renamed as 'firmware.cur'

PPS. The Z axis dual stepper motor setup needs the Parallel Module for Double Z Axis and the 'Filament Break Detection Module Run-out Sensor For RepRap CR-10 Prusa'. If Z moves wrong direction rotate the modules connector or change the direction in the config file.

PPPS. I've noticed some layer shift and possible found the workaround. The default 1.2 currents are way too low
-> DIGIPOT_I2C_MOTOR_CURRENTS { 1.5, 1.5, 1.5, 1.5, 1.5 }
Category: 3D Printers
