MKS Sbase Mount

Here is the rewritten text in American English: MKS S-Base Mount & Cooling for 32-Bit Smoothieware & Heatbed Mosfet. The MKS Mount features three holes (I only use two, but you have the option) at the bottom and side tab, allowing you to mount it directly or tuck it inside the frame's edge. The MKS S-Base Base has two covers for mounting fans: one for two 40mm fans and a second for a 60mm fan. Note that I don't have a 60mm fan, so I haven't tested or printed this top; instead, I used dimensions from the fan supplier. The Heatbed Mosfet mounts to the rear and incorporates a cooling fan. This may not be necessary, but if you're using a large 300x300 bed, I recommend it. There are two styles of 40mm cooling brackets for the heatbed mosfet: one with a shroud is designed to better direct heat away depending on where you mount the board/s and specifically when printing ABS. Tip - Make sure you mount the Mosfet cooling fan first; otherwise, you won't be able to get to the nuts. BOM: I used all SHCS, but you can use whatever head type you want. 2 / M4 x 16mm Heatbed Fan Bracket 2 / M4 x 10mm Mount MKS Base to Frame 4 / M4 Washers 2 / M4 T-Nuts for Frame 2 / M4 Nuts for Heatbed Fan Bracket 4 / M3 x 6mm - Mount Mosfet To Back of MKS Base 8 / M3 x 8mm - Use 4 to mount Brass Spacers to rear of MKS Mount and 4 to secure the smoothieware board to the base. 16 / M3 x 12mm – mount Cooling Fans & Top for Mks base. 4 x 10mm threaded Brass/Alloy Spacers – Spacer for back mks Base to Heatbed mosfet. 8 x M3 Nylon Washers - You don't have to use nylon washers as the new PCBs are better insulated; however, old habits die hard, so I still use them under the screws when mounting PCBs.
