MKS Robin Nano V3.1 enclosure
thingiverse
I designed this external enclosure for use with my Ender 3V2 to house an MKS Robin Nano V3.1 Unlike most of the designs I have seen, I've actually added zip-tie strain reliefs for the wiring as it exits the back of the enclosure, This should significantly reduce strain on the internal connections to the control board. I've also included two 3mm LED mounting holes in the front of the case for the Hotend and Bed heater indicators. There is a small recessed area around the LEDs that can be used to add labeling. There are several more headers on the board that support external LED so I might add a few more LED mounts later on. I designed the walls, lid and base 3mm thick so it could be printed with 3 walls and a bit of infill with a 0.4mm nozzle, the downside to this is that it increases print time. The upside is you end up with a more robust and durable enclosure. There are two versions of the enclosure top, One supports a 40mm fan, the other supports an 80mm fan On well tuned printers this shouldn't need any supports. Keep in mind this is a work in progress.
