MKS-MakerBase TFT32 case

Cases and mounts are designed specifically for the MKS-MakerBase TFT32 v1.2 printer controller. USB and SD ports are conveniently located on the right side, while WiFi and control connectors can be accessed from the back. These mounts are engineered to fit a Kossel-Mini built with 20x20 extrusions. I personally print mine at 0.2mm resolution with 25% infill, two shell layers, top, and bottom. To secure the top rail mounts, I use two 3x8mm pan heads, while four 3x18 cap heads are used for the case itself. The bosses on the front require tapping for 3mm bolts. Use a full-length tap to complete 3-4 turns, then switch to a shortened tap and limit it to 11 turns to avoid creating unsightly bumps due to over-tightening. The bosses have a depth of 6mm. If you're lacking a full 3mm tap to initiate the threading process, simply screw in a 3mm bolt instead! However, be aware that your printer may necessitate drilling out the hole to approximately 2.8mm for this setup to work smoothly. Applying a small amount of heat to the bolt end can aid in the process, but excessive heat is not recommended. To create the bottom tap, start with a regular tap and grind off the tip until it begins cutting threads (typically around 3-5mm depending on the tap style).
