For MKS Gen V1.4 Designed for use with usual 80mm fans plus M3 screws; woodscrews also work great or even better. It can be mounted very well vertically on 2020 extrusions but can also be mounted on the ground or any baseplate just as well using M3- or woodscrews. On request, versions may be added for other usual fan sizes like 40mm; however, 8010 and 8020 fans seem to be perfect for efficient yet silent and affordable cooling. Third STL contains a fan cover which can protect your fingers and the fan while also serving as a cover when passive cooling is desired. If you dislike this design, there are many other options available on Thingiverse for 80mm fans. Fourth STL includes four spacers (3mm height) that can be used to improve heat dissipation below the case if it's mounted on a plate; however, it appears not to be necessary at all. All SKPs included can be easily modified for use with Sketchup Make 2016 (free software).
