I designed this housing to circumvent a major issue with the original mount plate - it fails to keep airflow away from the printing bed. This design allows for seamless mounting that redirects exhaust air away from the printer. This housing accommodates an MKS GEN L V1.0 controller board and a standard heatbed relay, while also providing ample space to conceal excess cable length. To ensure optimal cooling, I opted for an 80mm fan installation. The base comes in two distinct variants - "MKS Housing Base" or the simplified "MKS Housing Base simple".
