MKS Gen 1.4 Enclosure mk2

This is an updated version of my organized MKS Gen 1.4 case (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3353402). There's a few key differences to this version: - The lid is now hinged. Use two m3 screws for the hinge pins (at least 20mm long, 25mm ideal). - The walls are part of the lid, rather than the base. This was done for easier access to the wires. - Previous design utilized vertical mounting columns for organizing the wires. These were nice, but they had a tendency to break off. In this version, I opted for zip-tie holes along the perimeter of the base. Note: I haven't printed this exact version of the case. I use this case design for a variety of boards (SKR Pro V1.2, GTR V1.0, SKR 1.3 / 1.4 / 1.4 Turbo). I've printed these versions of the case, with great success. At some point I'll upload those variants (feel free to ask if I forget).
