MKS Gen 1.4 Case

The bare-bones design for an MKS GEN 1.4 case consists of six side plates glued together with fans in place. Each plate is a solid 4mm thick, which means that depending on your wall count and nozzle configuration, the part may not need infill at all. This case features two slots designed specifically for a 4x4xX fan setup. For my printer build, I opted to use one 4x4x1 fan and one 4x4x2 fan. Notably, the 4x4x1 fan is typically the same one that comes pre-installed on your hotend. One thing to keep in mind when assembling this case is that you'll have to disassemble and reapply glue every time you need access to the board. So, make sure you get it right the first time!
