MKS Base And MKS-TFT28 Housing
thingiverse
This is a housing I created to perfectly fit my MKS Base and MKS-TFT28 alongside a mosfet for the heatbed, allowing for easy control and wiring next to my Delta.\r\n\r\nFor the back plate, I designed two versions - one with cables running through it and another featuring aviation-style connectors.\r\nThe Mosfet will be situated on the side.\r\n\r\nSince I used 60mm fans, I carefully made holes for them on both the top and back plates.\r\nTo space out the MKS-TFT28 just right, I needed to add 2.5mm spacers on one side and 3mm spacers on the other; be sure to check your setup to see what works best.\r\n\r\nOnly parts requiring bolts AND nuts are used to secure the MKS-TFT28, fans, and mosfet - the rest have M4 tapped holes for easier assembly.\r\n\r\nEverything was printed with 10% infill, resulting in a good outcome; you can increase this value if you want an even stronger housing. If all parts are placed directly on the build plate, minimal supports will be necessary to print it, depending on how you arrange the pieces.
