UPDATE - September 10, 2017 I've calculated the basic XY offset for the 18mm Inductive Sensor. If your nozzle is in the back slot and closer to the carriage, it's -43mm for X and -14.4mm for Y. UPDATE - August 27, 2017 A fan clamp was added for the 18mm inductive proximity sensor, which works with V2 - M4 Clamp Screw. UPDATE V2 - August 13, 2017 I advise sticking to the V2 files unless you need inductive support. Here's what I've changed: 1) Main V2 mount carriage has been modified to fit both standard and reworked carriages. a) Standard Prusa mounts with two M3 holes are included. b) i3 Rework carriage fits four M4 holes. 2) Clamping screws are now M4 instead of M3. Using M4 is much easier because they're readily available in longer lengths. These screws are also significantly stronger than M3 screws. 3) I've modified the servo holder's position to better fit both mounts. In the past, the clamps used four long M3 screws. However, finding longer M3 screws was tricky. M4 screws make this easier and offer greater strength. The design also makes it possible to use them for securing MK8 extruders. 4) Links to Onshape source files were updated. I mistakenly deleted some of the inductive holders during the update, including the V2 servo holder. If you're unhappy with the source files, I suggest learning basic Onshape CAD skills so you can create custom parts based on others' designs. Clone and modify existing parts to fit your needs. When Thingiverse lacks exactly what you want, consider these two approaches: a) Complaint about the missing feature, showing a lack of gratitude. b) Learn how to customize existing designs to suit your goals.
