I'm using Tinkercad to create this thing, and you can edit it online at https://www.tinkercad.com/things/14IW6HxY6Ly. I've added an mk8/mk10 hot end to a 101hero printer, and this is just a rough draft of the "3rd remake" - there's definitely some room for improvement, but it works well enough that I'm using it as-is right now, and it takes either a 20mm or 30mm fan made for both sizes.
