I'm using the mk8 extruder mount style on my printer, which is compatible with all printers that use this style of mount. After getting tired of manually leveling my printer bed every time and dealing with failed print starts too many times, I decided to upgrade the original extruder mount from the Sintron Prusa i3 to support a 12mm sensor for the bed auto-leveling feature. The sensor I'm using is an NPN 4mm type, available on Amazon or eBay. My prints look messy in the last layers because I was experimenting with printing at a resolution of 0.4 for the first time - usually I print at 0.2 resolution. Print Settings: Printer Brand: RepRap Printer Model: Prusa i3 Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: User's choice Infill: 100% Notes: Wall thickness is set to 3 layers all around.
