Mk8 extruder mod

Those Aluminium Mk8 Extruders are missing a crucial filament guiding part, and I've found that the cheaper ones are particularly affected. Changing filament without this guiding part has been a real challenge, to say the least. However, with just a small piece of PTFE tubing, you can easily complete this process by fitting it into the upper guide hole. I'm sharing my solution here in the hopes that it will be as helpful for others as it was for me.
