MK8 External Extruder Tube Adapter

I used the thread from sarman_1998's "Angled Dry Box Feeder", and designed the other components using SketchUP. First time posting something like this, so I'd love some feedback! Updated it to take up less space, with the screw hole now sitting directly on top of the extruder intake. Also, finally got the rotation right, so there's no need to rotate the model before printing anymore.
