MK8 enclosure for 30x30&40x40 fans and BLTouch mount - U20/U30/U30Pro/LK1/LK2/LK4/LK4Pro compatible

This enclosure allows you to use 40x40 and 30x30 fans (with the adapter). I designed it to be used in MK8 with the original U20/U30/U30Pro filament duct or with another duct with the same size. A BLTouch version is also available. I have done several finite element analyzes to map strain energies under realistic solicitations in order to maintain good rigidity by leaving material where it is needed. Thanks to Hallowman for his feedback that allowed me to improve the designs. Compared to the original metal cover, the main differences are: - A reduction in the space between the bottom surface and the heater reduces airflow down the bed causing warping. I did not observe any problems because of this proximity. Silicone socks are compatible, - Lower surface raised to no longer include the heating element, - To maintain the position of the air guide, the location of the front fan is shifted up and to the left and inclined by 20° to blow towards the cooling body, - The lateral and top openings are wide to increase the evacuation of air that can no longer escape from below. Surprisingly this also reduces noise a little, - Compatibility with 10mm and 20mm thickness fans because they are now fixed above, - Suppression of the fan grids reduces noise and improves airflow from the fans, - Much lighter with a weight of ~12g (14g for the BL version), this can help to reduce ghosting, - Added a BL Touch support on a second version, - Added spacers for BL-Touch version if needed, - For longer3D printers, dimensions seem to be a little different than for Alfawise printers, so I added two versions with and without BL-Touch. For the front fan it will be necessary to use screws with a length of 15mm or 25mm depending on the fan thickness. For the filament fan it will be necessary to use screws with a length of 20mm or 30mm depending on the fan thickness.
