I was concerned about the stepper motor getting too hot, so I created a custom attachment for my printing block mount. It may work with other mounts as well. I designed it to clear the rods when parked at home. I used JST connectors and wired it into the same one used for the ramp fan. It really works, I must admit. My first prototype had some issues, but the second version is more straightforward and cleaner. It prints smoothly so far. Print Settings: Printer: Sintron Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: No Resolution: Rough Infill: 20% Notes: Make sure it's lying down on the largest flat side. I printed it standing up, and it didn't look good. I made this one with metal PLA. Use brass knurled inserts or nuts, whichever you prefer. It accepts 3mm screws.
