MK8 Autolevel Bracket Rev 4
thingiverse
Just made a major tweak to the design to simplify mounting on a Geeetech Prusa i3 Pro B. A pesky screw kept popping out due to the bracket bumping into the extruder mount base and only getting a single thread of support. I cut a corner and now it fits perfectly every time. Users who mounted on a pro c won't notice any difference in mounting at all, as this adjustment was primarily done for pro b users. I swapped mine out after completing my print, created a video in record time, and even uploaded it to YouTube while updating my firmware with the latest numbers. To get great results, keep these printing settings in mind: no rafts are needed, supports aren't necessary either. Use a resolution of 0.1-0.3 for excellent prints, and feel free to choose your infill percentage – I opted for 40% this time around. Important notes: * I've included the stl drawing file, as well as the g-code file I used to print my own part. * If you're using Cura, be sure to re-slice your design; if you use other programs or apps, it's a good idea to run them through the slicing software again too.
