I was fed up with struggling to get smaller and more minimalistic extruders working properly. Exasperating issues with flexing and breaking parts made me realize that something needed to change. So I decided to design a rugged MK7 Extruder, building upon an existing model I found on the Thingiverse website. Instructions are simple: To assemble this extruder, you will need the following components: MK7 drive gear A single 608ZZ bearing Two compression springs measuring .30 inches in diameter by 1.25 inches long M4 nut Four M3x25mm screws Three M3x5mm screws Printing settings should be set at 0.3mm layers using ABS or PLA. It's recommended to print all components simultaneously to ensure uniform sizes and consistency. This rugged MK7 Extruder features several essential parts: - MK7 drive gear for smooth operation - 608ZZ bearing for durability - Compression springs providing support - M4 nut securing everything together - Four M3 x 25mm screws offering extra stability - Three M3 x 5mm screws holding additional components
