<p>I create this tool to cut MK7/MK6 Driving gear on my small lathe. It takes two 7/16" ID Bearing(McMaster 2780T56) and 7/16" 304 Stainless Steel Rod(89535K173) for hobbing.</p> <h3>Instructions</h3> <p>Print one holder and two collars at 100% filled.</p> <p>I use M3 Tap to hob about 0.1mm depth of cut.</p> <p>On my small lathe, it takes about 15 minutes to reach this depth.</p> Category: Other
