This adaptation of Lawsy's Mk5 Jigsaw Replacement ensures compatibility with a bowden system while ensuring a good fit with E3D hot-ends. For optimal strength, print with numerous walls and high infill. Ensure the bowden hole tube is drilled at 4mm. Insert two M4 nuts into the designated holes over the hot-end mount, then screw the bowden tube into these nuts. Drill a 2mm hole through the nuts to minimize friction. Add Lawsy's Mk5 retaining arm and an M3 bolt to form a pivot, with optional extras for stress-break cable connections. Secure an accessory mount for additional force on the retaining arm. Finally, superglue the M4 nuts for extra strength after testing.
