Create a 4mm acrylic laser-cut replacement bridge for Makerbot Cupcake's Mk5 Bridge, compatible with Makergear groovemount hot ends. Assemble parts despite initial wobbling, which stabilizes upon bolting. Clean up area for groove mount insertion and attach it to the guide on the platform. Securely bolt the bridge to the extruder and assemble the entire structure. Apply super glue at the bottom to fix the pieces in place. The design allows use of a Gen3 extruder with a Gen5 mount extruder, using a Groovemount from Makergear with 36mm tube, modular heater core, and .35mm nozzle.
