MK4 Wyze camera mount Z axis

I used @RyanMillar Wyzecam mount for my MK3S+ for a long time.  I upgraded to the MK4 and could not find a mount as good as his for the Wyzecam.  So I borrowed his design and combined it with a mount to the Z axis.  This provides a perfect view of the nozzle and build plate while printing and it follows the nozzle as the print progresses.  Use a 20mm screw for the mount and that's it.
