MK4 LCD Beauty Cover

There is a gap between the LCD and the X/Y frame through which you can see a few cables. This is technically OK, but doesn't necessarily look nice. Inspired by Mike81622's MK4 Beauty Knob (which looks simply gorgeous > many thanks for that!), I designed a cover that closes this gap and leaves a few ventilation holes.
