MK3S+ LCD Cover Plate with Handle

This is a cover plate for the MK3S+ LCD cover. Use it to block the LCD light at night, or to just look cool. The ‘+’ doubles as 10mm handle to grab the plate.This LCD coverplate design is 78.8mm wide at the base with an overhang lip that is 81mm so it fits perfectly into these new LCD covers that ship with new MK3S+ printers.   See the first pic with this against the new LCD cover direct from the shipping box for a newer printer!  I am so excited it fits perfectly!  Look at the other pic from the backside to see how nice it fits. In the last pic it shows a gap on the sides because my other printer's LCD is slightly longer at 84mm  - they were longer back in 2018.Please note, although Prusa never shipped a new LCD part, the part now called “LCD-cover-ORIGINAL-MK3.stl” on their site, the one the ships with new printers, is different than the one that shipped earlier MK3s, such as mine back in 2018. The opening in the LCD on the newest part is 79.97mm wide while the older one is 84.76. The height never changed however.  This new part has no functional difference but aesthetically it is better because it covers approximately 2mm of unused LCD black screen area on either side. Just be aware that if you print this and have gaps on the left and right sides, this the reason why. You could print out the new LCD cover to fix this issue and have no gaps on the sides.  The last pic shows a gap because my other printer's LCD is slightly longer at 84mm  - they were longer back in 2018.(I also have screen covers for MK2-MK3S as well in another print entry here that fit the older 84mm display opening, but decided to make a new entry for this cover because of the size difference.)Print time is 30 minutes for PLA, and 38 for PETG. Print in .2 layer height with 100% infill for PLA and 20% for PETG (might as well print 100% infill since the time is the same). It doesn't need supports because I slightly sloped the overhang lip. The gcodes for both are included and the PETG gcode was used with Prusa Official Orange PETG so has the temps set for that (as shown printed in the picture).
