MK3S Cable Holder for Cable Chain

I have used the Prusa i3 MK3 Cable Chain Add-on (ALL AXIS) for a while now and I really love it, as the cable chains look a lot neater than the standard wraps. After upgrading to the MK3S, I couldn't use the X-axis chain anymore because the carriage back has been changed on the MK3S and the parts don't fit any more. This part is a modification of the MK3S cable holder that lets you connect the cable chain using the standard MK3S carriage back. I chose this design because I didn't want to deal with the difficulty of assembling the MK3 cable chain version without pinching the wires. To save time, printing tree supports have been added in Meshmixer and included in the STL file. Note: I just installed this on my printer, so I'll keep this thing updated if I need to make any changes after some use.
