<p>I became tired of the typical bag holder flopping about and dangling from the leash without a sensical securing method. &nbsp;This design has a quarter turn removable lid and two opposing clasps that secure the holder to the leash in an orientation along the leash (rather than across it).</p><p>31mm ID, 42mm OD, 79mm overall length. &nbsp;Perfect for the standard 60mm x 29mm rolls of dog poop bags.</p>
