There are many like it but this one is mine. It holds stepper motor wires. You will notice it sits about a mil short of flush. I needed to design around some bolt ends for my Einsy case plus I like the look. My name is on the side but I have included the F3D and STEP files so have at it with whatever you want on there.

This fits with the full bear upgrade.

I will note that yes, the print in the pictures is a little messed up, I had a clogged nozzle and has nothing to do with the design of the part. Happy Printing!

Print instructions

Just make sure the little tabs on the inside are on the build plate.

They are not sacrificial!!

These little tabs keep the part from sliding forward (like a lot of the designs out there) so if you are using a deburring tool just make sure not to sheer them off. I did chamfer the corners of these little buggers so that it could catch the deburring tool and cause noticeable resistance.

As you will notice it is split at the bottom. The wires in the PET tube fit perfectly and cinch it down with a 3mm wide zip tie. Try to make the two sides meet and don't overlap the wire guide sides or risk breaking them. This thing is pretty stout but it is still plastic.

I printed with PETG from SunLu with a brim.
