MK3 Working Blow-Air Turbine "Orange Screamer" Turbo Keychain
thingiverse
I got fired up by the "Orange Screamer" concept, but this is a completely original creation. I didn't use any source files; instead, I designed it from scratch in 123d Design. It fits perfectly around most computer fan ball bearings. I salvaged one from an old computer PSU fan. It spins effortlessly and at incredible speed. No plastic-on-plastic contact, no annoying noises - just pure turbine fun! Check out the video to see it in action! Printed on my trusty ANET A8. On the video, you'll notice some tape residue left behind; it's a challenge to remove completely. This project consists of: * 3D Printed Cover (CoverV3.stl) * 3D Printed Body (BodyV3.stl) * 3D Printed Rotor (RotorV3.stl) * A rod made from an old or broken computer/PSU fan * A bearing taken from an old or broken computer fan That's all you need to create this turbine.
