MK3 Surround Shroud

After doing some math the MK3 has a capped blower fan. Prusa limits the RPM to 4200. The low speed makes for a CFM, cubic foot per minute, that is about 3-4 which is very low. A 40mm Noctua has a CFM of about 12 which is 3-4X more powerful. This lack of output means the bigger the opening the less effective the shroud will be hence why there are cooling issues on the MK3. Using a shroud like this takes the low pressure and increases it while directing that airflow directly at the filament it's trying to cool. Theoretically it should give you far better cooling but I haven't had time to run major tests so I'm hoping to get feedback.
