MK3(S/+) & Bear Frame Raspberry Pi 4 with PoE enclosure w/40mm fan
prusaprinters

Fused the designs of a couple of cases to get one that mounts the way I like and allows for a PoE hat and 40mm fan. This case can also be used without the PoE hat if you wish just to mount a Pi4 with a fan.

There is also a second bottom portion that you can print if you have a Bear Frame or other 2040 extrusion.

The Pi4MountBear2040_Screws file is for PoE hats that use the mounting holes. So it allows the use of most hardware that comes with the kits. Do not have an MK3 Frame version of this one.

The top portion may need to be scaled down to 10% if it imports too big into the Slicer.

Source models
https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3724434/
https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4068974

Print instructions

Make sure to slice with the perimeters going outside to in (External Perimeters first in Prusa Slicer / Print Outside to Inside in S3D) to ensure the dimensions for the snap fit remain true.

MK3 Frame version mounts using two, 3x12mm hex bolts.

Use Bear T-nuts and 5x10mm bolts for the Bear versions.
