I designed a small light support specifically for the Mk23 and its unique rail mount, inspired by an LED flashlight I discovered at home. The receiver of this support measures 28mm in diameter, making it accommodating for any smaller lights with some necessary adjustments. It's essential to note that you'll need to create and print your own switch extension for the flashlight, as this will depend on the specific model you're using. A centered hole has been incorporated into the back for your convenience.
