This is a LEM unit designed specifically for a Tokyo Marui Mk23 Airsoft gun, capable of housing an affordable 300 lumens Chinese flashlight that can be easily sourced from various brands on online platforms like Amazon. The switch features a compact 6x6x5mm mini push button securely positioned within the toggle housing and held in place by a small amount of adhesive. For optimal performance, it should be wired as a direct replacement for the standard switch found at the end cap of the original flashlight. A sturdy m3x40mm screw ensures a solid connection between the handguard and top housing. Meanwhile, the flashlight is securely fastened using m3 screws and square m3 bolts. The toggle house itself is anchored with m2 screws for added stability. The hand screw features a snug press fit around a bolt, which was challenging to replicate with an exact match from the original Marui unit. As a result, no specific recommendation can be provided for this component. To center the toggle arm efficiently, two springs are employed, each measuring 1/8" x 5/16".
